Happy Métis Week everyone!!
It’s #MetisWeek here in Northern Turtle Island (colonially defined Canada) – running from November 14th to the 21st – and we’re celebrating by sharing a handful of ways to connect and celebrate with family, friends and community(ies)! Don’t forget – we’re also celebrating #rockyourmocs2021 week! Show us your Métis pride and tag us on social media with photos of how you ‘Rock your Mocs’!

November 16 is “Louis Riel Day” and celebrated by the city of Edmonton with several events taking place throughout the week , including the “RCMR MÉTIS Talks Fall 2021“, and the “Métis Week: Forgotten People Online Film Screening and Panel” so be sure to check those out;
